This project aims for High-tech Multi-Distribution Center, Design Distribution Center, Comfort Distribution Center and Eco-friendly Distribution Center as the biggest distribution center in Asia. It is designed as a hybrid cutting-edge multi-distribution center by adding distribution functions to a simple warehouse and combining normal temperature and low temperature warehouses together. For exterior design, continuous linear elevations are planned in consideration of diversity to break from images of the monotonous distribution warehouse and vibrant images are created by using orange as a key color. Also it is planned so that the most of power can be supplied by solar and geothermal power.
