This proposal represents DCI's first data center in Korea, designed to achieve rapid completion while integrating harmoniously with the surrounding urban business district. Construction efficiency was enhanced by minimizing basement levels and optimizing above-ground floor heights. BIPV panels were reinterpreted as diagonal façade modules, transforming a functional energy system into a defining architectural feature that establishes a distinctive urban identity. A five-tier security system and systematically planned operational circulation further ensure stable management and secure operation, delivering a competitive and state-of-the-art data center for the region.
