Yongsan Railway Station Mall is propelled as a part of a railway station development business and Gyeongbu line high speed railroad business. Like the concept of this building, ‘Station Park’, the station square is in a public-oriented open space, and the deck level center square that includes a concourse atrium is built as an exterior space. From the center of this place, a 20m width connecting channel is made as a pedestrian passage way, allowing various outdoor activities in the city. This open space system connects primarily a green axis that continues from Yongsan Family Park to the Han riverside, and secondarily the construction site development district in the direction of Yongsan Electronic Market to unify the whole block.
