This building is designed with EBS's aim of constructing the world's best media group of education and culture, for the purpose of making a basis of future growth of 'a school outside a school' and 'e-hub'(education-hub), as the center of education. Moreover, social awareness, innovativeness, and symbolism are planned as the three basic directions for the project. For social awareness, the integrated plan of interior and exterior space leads to an open hall, lobby, and entrance plaza. For innovativeness, various eco-friendly resting areas and the planned 5 TV studios, e-running studios, FM studios, and production facilities are all closely connected to form the perfect broadcast and manufacturing one-stop system. Furthermore, to achieve symbolism, floating mass, office tower, and open hall all serve formativeness and eco-friendly value for a new symbolism of Korean media.
