The gateway-form massing symbolizes the entrance to the Special Planning Zone, while a contrasting, expansive sunken garden creates a serene botanical lifestyle space for users. The exterior features a glass curtain wall and louver system inspired by the flowing movement of the Han River. In contrast, the interior façades are expressed in brick, emphasizing materiality and a human-oriented scale.
