Overview
The project aims to transform the aging Cheongnyangni district into a new business, cultural, and commercial hub in Northeast Seoul. Inspired by the imagery of gemstones and light, the design seeks to redefine the skyline and establish Cheongnyangni as a landmark leading architectural culture north of the Han River. The development consists of four residential towers up to 65 floors (235m) and one landmark tower integrating officetels, offices, a hotel, and a shopping mall. The residential area features extensive amenities organized around a central drop-off zone and is strategically separated from commercial functions to ensure privacy. Multiple access levels connect Cheongnyangni Station, the plaza, and the shopping mall, creating a seamless circulation system that activates the surrounding commercial district.
