This project plans three official residence blocks and three accommodations for executives in six regions of Pocheon in the topic of the smart housing complex ‘Smart I’. This housing complex realizes ‘Design Innovation, Green Intelligent, Life Identity’ to suggest new housing paradigm considering consumer’s identity with capturing the trend of the times getting out of a simple and uniform housing function. The main points of this project are suggesting designs and programs to improve the awareness of military’s residence environment and creating green housing in eco-friendly nature and creating a community environment for housing complex centered on consumers.
