This project aims for advancement and modernization of deteriorated military facilities as a private investment project that Ministry of National Defense creates in BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) type. It is a design competition, which builds barracks in four areas, military accommodations for commissioned officers in two areas and residences in two areas, in total of eight areas, Gapyeong, Yangju, Uijeongbu of Gyeonggi-do, etc. and performed with the slogan, Wi Pung Dang Dang, which means Korean army leading world and advance toward the future.
