Overview

This design is materialized by three boards adjoined to the history of Gyeongsangbuk-do. First, a government office building as ‘Board of Leaping’ preparing for a new millennium is a central space where it contains a figure of the government office building suitable for the era of a local self-government as a center of Gyeongsangbuk-do administration and politics, and where provincial residents can participate. Second, a government office building as ‘Board of Culture’ where residents and officials harmonize is a cultural and community space along with a local community, and a cultural space where residents and officials work together, form a communal society, and make an interchangeable place. Third, a government office building as ‘Board of Life’ keeping memories of the land is a nature-friendly ecology space where surrounding environments around the new cities are purified by nature in a space and utilizes new renewable energy to reduce energy consumption.
