The goal for this project is to build a facility that carries both the characteristics of Han Wave World and KINTEX, centering on the place, contents, and interaction. The ‘Renaissance’ strategy is to have Han Wave World and KINTEX play the central role. The Square located at the center is integrated with the basement to enable a three dimensional cultural exhibition and experience program park that reaches the ground from the basement. The ‘Resort’ strategy aims to provide eco-friendly spaces such as eco-deck and Canal Street which can provide pleasant residential environment, like an oasis in the city that can prolong the stay to continuously vitalize the area. The ‘Relation’ strategy intends to have a rippling effect to promote the complex through differentiated design and new cityscape, and generate synergy effects through the inter-relationships among complexes.
