The purpose of this project is to construct the international level of “Mixed-Use Development” in St-petersburg CBD area adjacent to Moscow Railway Station. The whole city is designated as a cultural asset and it tries to design MRS considering the characteristics of the earth that belongs to historic and cultural center district. Its space organization of facilities and connection of flow follow the local case and it applies the design of more advanced domestic technology in addition. It institutes the vehicles approach through drop-off zone that can be distinguished from existing business facilities in poor condition of vehicles use and it plans differentiated facilities such as an internal atrium-type courtyard. It will be presented as an archetype of new complex in Russia and will become a new attraction of St-petersburg.
