The second floor of SKT Tower accommodates seminar rooms, healthcare facilities, an employee service center, and other spaces supporting SKT employees. The design focused on revitalizing the aging facilities and creating a more comfortable, contemporary environment.
Inspired by SKT Tower’s distinctive metallic identity, “Midnight Glow” evokes a quiet moment between day and night, where focus and relaxation coexist. To adapt flexibly to changing organizational needs, movable partitions and modular ceiling systems were incorporated, while the design also focused on enhancing the perceived ceiling height and creating a more open, spacious interior.
