Osiria Meditown is envisioned as Korea’s first large-scale Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), integrating senior living, elderly care facilities, a Korean medicine hospital, and commercial amenities within a single complex. Commercial facilities are located on the northeastern side, where pedestrian activity is highest, while senior living residences are placed on the opposite side to ensure privacy. Four residential towers are positioned at the southern corners of the site, securing open sea views, ample sunlight, and generous distances between buildings. The overall design emphasizes a bright, sun-filled environment and the synergy of community living, achieved through a large central garden, courtyard-style layouts, expansive sunken spaces, naturally lit basement levels, and spacious communal areas.
