This project is planned to revitalize the area that once had a large scale factory and turn it into a residential cultural district. Meanwhile, it includes keeping its sense of region and suggests ways of Sorae Port area that is faced with the demand to bring new vitality. It made a waterside walk where people can enjoy the waterside amenities and it also attempted to create a residential complex in nature. On the ecologic green belt that connects the reservoir and buffer space, a low density detached house area and public facilities are arranged so that an arrangement that is reasonable and adaptable to urban landscape environment can function.
