There are three strategies for regenerating the city: starting from dailiness, rediscovering and redefining, and finding new alternative possibilities. This project is known as practical design, which suggests ‘People + Program’ that welcomes people and of what will be done, ‘Re-Shaping’, which sets the basic conditions of life for the city to function, ‘Re-Connecting’, which maximizes the dynamics through two devices (The Ring, Floating Bars) that compiles the flow of the city, and ‘Re-Freshing’, which is the process of creating a new urban vitality from natural and artificial elements. Taking the potential power of the existing city as a foundation, this project is designed to induce a new urban activity.
