Villiv Ulsan is the housing brand Villiv’s first project to develop the existing E-mart Hakseong Branch in Ulsan into a new residential complex for a non-governmental lease system. Haeahn Architecture planned 100 percent of the units facing south to allow great views of the Taehwa River and clearly divided residential and non-residential units to provide residents with independent community spaces and a pleasant external environment, increasing the value of the residence. By reinterpreting modern designs representing simple and vibrant forms and functions with contemporary sensibilities, Haeahn Architecture broke away from the frame of existing lease systems to implement a sophisticated external design.
