It is a rehabilitation treatment institution for military and police supported by the Korea International Cooperation Agency(Koica) and it supports the International cooperation nations in the sense of gratitude that entered during the Korean war. It is located in Bogota, the capital city, and has both the program of treatment for injured person in duty and the program for social adaption after treatments. The main entrance separates CRE and CRI. The trail crossing the central plateau gives interconnection to each program with a beautiful environment, and the garden with Korean atmosphere symbolizing a friendship is planned to hold various outdoor treatment programs. Each of the small open spaces is provided as a place for a local community and community for rehabilitation treatment center.
