This project attempts to make a creative brand space called ‘M STAR VALLEY’, which holds three concepts of Nature and Tradition, Pathways and Stories, and a Journey to chase one’s Dream, taking Ridgeway, waterway, stone wall, old roads, and landscape as its design motive. The building is built with a mass that has the image of ridgeway and pebbles of Joryeongsan following the design process, a water space is arranged by expanding the Jogokcheon creek, and a new gateway is formed through a modern castle image. Also, a multi-visual cultural entertainment mall of ‘Dream and Romance’ that carries event promenades that spread following the road and garden, and landscapes that are opened for the old road and nature to communicate are suggested. Star, Eco, and Entertainment bands are created to actualize a Movie, Drama, Music Star themed space, Nature and Landscape space, and a romantic entertainment shopping mall.
