An identity is given to Gallery Heim Town House located at the south entrance of Dongtan city by creating collective landscape through consistent design code from the entrance gate to the residential complex. To accommodate convenience and friendly relationship among users a circulating loop type road and integrated community space at the center of the complex is planned. The residential plan is minimized to three unit types in spite of the sites level difference and non-linear form. Various landscapes and visual experience is provided from different locations.
