Seizium Sangbong is a publicly supported rental housing project for young people, located near Sangbong Station in Jungnang-gu, Seoul. The development comprises a 25-floor residential tower with 782 units, complemented by neighborhood-scale commercial facilities at the lower levels. To respond sensitively to the surrounding residential context, outdoor spaces are arranged at both the front and rear of the site, while the upper mass is articulated to mitigate the visual impact of the large-scale housing. Reflecting the lifestyles of young residents, the project features rooftop terraces, shared lounge spaces on intermediate levels, and community-oriented amenities—including co-working spaces—designed to foster social interaction and everyday engagement.
