Overview
SEIZIUM GAEBONG is a youth housing project initiated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, providing rental and for-sale housing in a transit-oriented location to support residential stability for young people and contribute to local revitalization. The single residential tower comprises 605 units, with community facilities and the SH Housing Security Center on the lower floors, and residential units, a library, and outdoor amenity spaces on the upper levels. An open landscaped space spanning three floors is vertically integrated with youth support programs, fostering natural interaction among residents and shaping a new youth-oriented residential culture in Gaebong-dong.
