The proposal focused on fostering vibrant and inclusive living by encouraging interaction between Silver Stay residents and the general resident population. The senior-friendly housing units were arranged to face green spaces for emotional comfort, and dedicated community facilities were concentrated at the base of the residential buildings to support an active lifestyle. Thoughtfully designed features, such as the “Re:Born Track”—an indoor walking path that enables year-round use regardless of weather—were incorporated throughout the complex, providing a healthy and engaging daily environment for all residents.
