Under the development concept “Better Ideas, Living and Future,” Haeahn Architecture designed the public housing units at Yeongjong A40BL. First, considering the characteristics of the zone adjacent to an elementary school and a park, Haeahn Architecture proposed the idea of “Edu-forest,” a zone specializing in education. Second, we aimed to design a luxurious residential space that could become the pride under the Yeongjong sky by planning unit homes with a pleasant residential environment and a beautiful landscape. Third, we planned a large-scale community space connected to the elementary school as a zone specializing in education where children and families could play, learn and nurture creative thinking. Lastly, we proposed a plan to build the most brilliant premium residential zone Yeongjong has yet to see by implementing a smart eco-green residential zone, which would be sensitive to the ever-changing environment in the future.
