The site is the land developed for urban development projects of Local Business District 1 of Hanam city. The plans include two-block apartment buildings and a children’s library, and the land reserves habitability through organized level-system as the hilly land of south-high-north-low type. Each block must be arranged and built with consideration of nature and surrounding environment, and various kinds of living environment will be provided due to well-distributed equivalence zone with the scale of national housing. The children’s library will be utilized for cultural space for local residents and will be positioned as one of the major attraction through varied programs which parents and children can participate in together.
