Overview

The Secheon land readjustment project district is adjacent to the 5th urban high-tech industrial complex in Seongseo, the western part of Daegu. The 1st block, Halla Vivaldi, which is first developed complex in the Seocheon district serves as a landmark representing the Secheon district. Based on the abundant green infrastructure along the Goong Mountain to the south and the Kumho River to the east, it is the eco-friendly complex. It consists of five tower-type and four flat-type buildings. The high-rise tower-type buildings are placed on the east of the site along the Kumho River to secure the maximum view of the waterfront. In addition, the medium-rise flat-type buildings are placed on the west to secure the view and the wind path by opening the complex to the river.
