KTC (The New Korea Testing Certification Headquarters) is South Korea’s representative testing certification service institution, and the new office building of KTC will become a landmark of global testing certification business institution and a standard for an optimal testing research environment. The building is designed to have a cube shape as its basic form considering KTC’s core value of accuracy, honesty, and righteousness. It is also designed to express various research activities representing Moire effect that changes like a spectrum to create a dynamic façade. The exterior and interior space merges into one area through the central atrium that opens facing Anyangcheon Stream, and creative research activities are enabled through the green at the center of the testing area. Also, the Center Cloud is placed at the top with the best view to make it an area where employees can communicate and interact.
