Innovation Urban District’s A-10, B-1, 8BL, located at the center of agricultural regional cluster that embraces the whole of Jeonbuk is the best apartment building which combines high-technology and tradition. By arranging the main tower building, it has secured visual corridor and wind path and made a link with the district by utilizing the pedestrian walkway. This project is planned to design a 21st century low-carbon green city of high-technology and tradition, and nature and human. Through this project, it suggests a new prototypical settlement of the local innovation city, where there is living richness shared by families and neighbors.
