Located at the side of Seokchon Lake, this project aimed to create a place that will last in people’s memory with its own sense of place. It focused on the value of the scenery that the lake and Lotte Tower makes as nature and landmark respectively. Reflecting on this characteristic, upscale and midscale family hotel, office, and commercial complex are developed giving the region its publicness and sense of place. The hotel is built with maximum view of the Seokchon Lake, and it enhanced its management and lease system by operating separate planning. Especially, the upper floors are equipped with a swimming pool with the lake view, all day dining area, roof garden, sky bar, etc., making it a place where users can socialize and rest. The office building brings awareness from the Olympic road, and the Seokchon Lake view increases its lease value. The retail facility is planned along the street side and waterside area, which brings the consumers’ attraction.
