Especially guest rooms at the side of a 12m road where can enjoy the right to a view extending to Namsan are designed to give a memorable experience from beautiful scenery by a plan of wide doors and windows thereby to overcome shortcoming of the location on a real street. By setting a new standard for business hotels, it not only provides an architectural solution, but also proposes a competitive operational program.
