This project is planned to build a premier hotel for a ship owner, advanced engineers and business visitors as STX Dalian Shipyard construction business. It consists of two hotel buildings with about 200 rooms and one residence building with about 100 rooms. Considering the global demand and operational management, its scale is one basement level and seven ground levels and its program and facility standard is appropriate to 5 Star Hotel requirements in China. In particular, it is planned to be harmony with the external space to accommodate the best banquet properly connected to the shipyard. And it plans to allow the clear flow separation and smooth service access.
