Shinsegae Central City is a large, multi-use complex in Gangnam, combining a bus terminal, department store, hotel, and shopping mall, making it one of the largest lifestyle and cultural hubs in Korea. The recent remodeling has enhanced the synergy between these facilities, transforming it into a luxurious complex. The hotel's ground-level entrance now serves as a shared public lobby, while a separate lobby on the 8th floor provides exclusivity for hotel guests. Previously, the hotel's suites were located on the south side of the 31st floor, lacking a special view. However, the remodeling relocated the suites to the north side of the 32nd floor, creating duplex penthouses with stunning Han River views. Additionally, the 7th-floor rooftop garden, designed with a 'forest living room' concept, features glass walls surrounded by trees, creating an immersive woodland atmosphere.
