The project ‘Future Guardians’ is designed to focus on the creative space of communication and exchange as it will house four outstanding venture companies based on new technologies of the 4th industry and a start-up fostered by leading ventures and the world’s best R&D university POSTECH on G1-1, one of Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley. We secured the urban landscape axis with two parallel arrangement of four companies considering the urban context, and planned a dedicated lobby and core considering each company’s independence. Each start-up space exclusively fostered by four leading venture companies is planned at the lower part of the two towers and a complete start-up system is established that circulates and develops by placing ‘convergence cube’ of communication and exchange at the center of start-up space.
