‘KOLON One&Only Tower’was received the first prize in the new construction sector of the 2018 Seoul Architecture Award.

Also it was received the citizen vote special prize to most voting building.

​In this year, total 116 buildings was competed for Seoul Architecture Award that promote the space environment and realize the public value of architecture, an excellent building with a high quality of civil life.

The Award Ceremony was held at Oil Reservoir Culture Park T2 Performance Venues on October 5, 2018. And the exhibition was opened to the public on the 10th Seoul Architecture Festival from October 5 to 28, 2018.
