[Winner] Bucheon Media Culture Complex

Competition Mar. 09. 2016


The goal of this project is to establish leisure, culture, entertainment, R&D and industry of Bucheon and the image culture complex to strengthen the city with leisure culture of local residents. For this purpose, the landmark of Bucheon “Scene City” coexistent with image and culture, tourism and industry, experience and relaxation was proposed. The dramatic Landmark Scene of Bucheon image culture is unfolded along the open waterfront complex space ‘Water Promenade’ connected with Sandong Lake Park. The lifestyle center consisting of department store, shopping center, multiplex and hotel embodies the sequence of successive scenery which leads from the festival yard to the rooftop park by imagining the dynamic natural topography.
