To celebrate the 100th issue of w(i)de AR, a message from Taeman Kim and a feature on the Gyeonggi Library project have been included.

The special edition is organized under the theme “Keywords for the New Year,” in which each design firm selected a key message representing the direction of architecture in 2026. Through his message, Taeman Kim presented “Designing and Building Properly” as HAEAHN’s keyword for the year.

The Gyeonggi Library was selected as the representative project. Envisioned as a future-oriented knowledge-sharing hub, the library serves as a complex cultural platform that spatially embodies the “flow and circulation of knowledge.” Reflecting evolving learning environments and the dynamics of the digital era, its spatial strategy proposes a new direction for the contemporary public library.
