The completion ceremony for 'Pangyo Techno Valley Phase 2 G1-1BL' was held on June 20, 2024. Mr. Sehan Yoon attended as a guest and delivered a congratulatory speech. Haeahn Architecture received a certificate of appreciation for successfully completing the construction safely and commemorating the completion.

The building, named Withen Tower', is a business facility located in Geumto-dong, Seongnam City. The project was undertaken by a consortium of leading companies in the industry, including Motrex, INNOX Advanced Materials, STraffic, and YMC, aiming to foster the startup industry and promote future new technologies and industrial advancement. Kunwon Engineering was responsible for construction management and supervision, Taeyoung Construction handled the construction, and Haeahn Architecture was in charge of design and project management services for this tower.

The completion ceremony was attended by the three joint building owners, including Motrex, and senior executives from construction-related companies. The event proceeded with a progress report by Mr. Ki-cheol Bae, the site manager of Taeyoung Construction, a commemorative speech by the CEO of STraffic, congratulatory remarks by Mr. Sehan Yoon, the CEO of Haeahn Architecture, the presentation of appreciation plaques, ribbon-cutting, and a commemorative photo session.
