The Gyeonggi credit guarantee foundation headquarters’ importance aligns with providing financial services and harmonizing with the Gyeonggi hybrid town’s masterplan. The curves in the masterplan was applied to the layout and mass design to form lively streetscape, whereas the tower was designed to embrace the central square. Public facilities were planned around the grand lobby to advocate accessibility. The terrace, in relation with the cafeteria and book café, is a green resting place. Designed around the ‘green atrium’ which offers a delightful prospect toward the square and Wonchon reservoir, the foundation’s workspace promotes creative thinking and communication through the implementation of smart office design.
