With over 30 years since Construction Management (CM) began to be established within the institutional framework, he has maintained a strong sense of mission to firmly position a global PCM enterprise while continuously working to expand both corporate and human resource capabilities. He resided overseas for more than 15 years and made significant contributions to global market expansion, for which he was awarded the Presidential Commendation in 2020. He is actively engaged in professional and academic organizations, serving as Vice President of the Construction Management Association of Korea, Auditor of the Architectural Institute of Construction Management, and Board Member of the Construction Engineering Association of Korea. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Korea University, completed the ACPMP program at Seoul National University, and graduated from the Advanced Executive Program at Korea University. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong expertise in construction execution and management at Samsung Construction, HanmiGlobal, and Heerim Architects & Planners.
