Sungryul Lee has been involved with a wide range of projects in all stages, from the planning stage to completing a building, and he is an expert in designing customized research facilities that take into account the health, satisfaction, and functional characteristics. His major projects include Osong Bio-Health Science Technopolis, a relocation project for national policy institutions, such as the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, and public research centers, such as High-tech Medical Complex, Research Institute of Public Health & Environment in Seoul, Gyeonggi Institute of Health & Environment, Institute for Basic Science, and S-OIL TS&D Center a private-sector research facility. His projects, The Nexen Univercity and Kolon One & Only Tower, received numerous design awards. In 2010, Sungryul Lee received an official commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare for his contribution to the successful relocation and construction of Osong Bio-Health Science Technopolis. He graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering at Kwangwoon University and received a master’s degree from the Hongik Graduate School of Architecture. He joined Haeahn Architecture in 2002 to pursue a combination of trends and expertise.
