Geunyoung YangPrincipal/Design Div. 5
Geunyoung Yang graduated from the School of Architecture at Kyungwon University and received a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Architecture at Kyonggi University. He started his professional career at Atelier17 to design Dukwon Gallery in Insa-dong and Minto Pyeongchang Resort before joining Haeahn Architecture in 2007. At Haeahn Architecture, he worked on projects: Sheraton Incheon Hotel, Mercure Seoul Ambassador Gangnam SODOWE Hotel, and masterplans, Monterey Park Performing Arts Center, U.S., Poongsan District, Haeundae-gu, Busan and complex development and design projects. Based on his experience, Yang has taken charge of overseas projects – New Korean Embassy of Iraq and Bismayah New City Project and domestic projects – Yangju Hoecheon A-3BL Public Housing Project and Mixed-Use Complex of Songdo Global Complex Phase 2.
