It is composed of business, hotel, shopping, convention which were not accepted in the existing Knowledge Industry Complex. It performs a thorough independence and functions of each facility also it is designed as a core commercial and cultural complex in Guro Digital Complex through the synergy resulting from the fusion of each facility. It introduces a floating population by diagonally connecting Guro Digital Complex Station and Digital Complex. It performs as a representative attraction in Guro Digital Complex by making a public open space that people can go shopping in the horizontal park with the function of culture and relaxation.
