The three sides of the site are surrounded by mountains aiming at creating an eco-friendly ecological residential complex that breathes together with nature by actively utilizing abundant environmental factors. After an axis connecting to flow of nature is set up and an exterior space at the center of a complex is formed, the spokes of a wheel arrangement is planned to communicate with an outside space within the complex. A concept of ‘dreaming of a house in a forest’ based on characteristics of the site is given and through this, differentiated strategies by unit are achieved with keywords such as Eco, Well-being, Culture and Convergence. An eco-terrace and an indoor-garden are introduced, and customized special spaces by generation such as a space for children play and a floor for elderly parents are created through adjusting the width of balcony by unit area. Structured walls are planned to provide space flexibility based on space planning that is possible for space expansion and responding to the future.
