Cheonan Global Business Park centers around the office-centered city and attempts to create “a city that blends state-of-the-art technology industry and future generation image culture contents”. It is also planned to become Cheonan’s new attraction by developing the center reservoir so that the people of Cheonan can enjoy the water space facility at all times, and by expanding the variety of programs such as Eco Culture, Resting Culture, Event Culture and so on. At the center of this attraction, it created a cultural axis as one of Cheonan’s regional innovation strategy, and it also suggested a landmark tower at a place where it meets with the central lake so that it can symbolize Global Cheonan and make a main entrance view.
