On the skirts of Mt. Chiak, we propose a new center of NHIS as well as a new landmark for the 2nd Headquarters of NHIS, National Health Insurance Service. The concept, “Heart +” represents warm-heartedness of “the nation health guardian” with three design keywords; heart icon, happy community, healing forest. Heart icon is a welcoming entrance plaza and podium with open arms. Happy Community is a central atrium stretching out toward Mt. Chiak with public facilities. Healing Forest is a place for resting and contemplating, embracing landscapes of Mt. Chiak.
