Overview

Though the Public Rental Housing has achieved more than one million housing construction, it is still neglected by the community as an underdeveloped residential area where poor people live. So, we have proposed three strategies to change this stereotype of Public Rental Housing from a residential space where only poor people live to a place where everyone can find their own diversity and live together through restoring urban publicness. First is to create a "Complex Living Space" where everyone wants to live in. We planned to break the boundary between the city and the park to plan interaction with the city. Second is to create a "Community Attraction" where residents meet and interact with each other. Various types of community spaces are specialized in each area to make them a center point of the area. Third is to make a “Livable House” where the realm of life can be expanded.
