This project is a large housing complex of 1,200 households located at the entrance of the 4-2 District of Multi-functional Administrative City that was established with a plan to create a nature-friendly complex, making the most of abundant natural elements. The Samsung Lake, flowing in the east of the complex, and the green nature of the Goehwa Mountain, surrounding the complex in the northwest, were the major issues of the plan. In order to overcome the over-20-meter site level differences between east and west, and between north and south of the complex, three decks are constructed and a reasonable level plan using the elevators and stairs are established. This level plan enables to connect with the surroundings and to minimize the amount of cut-off soil.
