Triple Land in Siheung-Janghyun is composed of three stories. Basement floor functions as a ground level using level differences of the site, first floor as a pedestrian deck connecting the subway station and surroundings, and third floor as a rooftop garden with familiar village-like atmosphere. The open public space and shopping arcade with terraces are planned on the southeast of the site, creating open atmosphere and attracting people into the building. Movie theaters and stores are mainly focused on the northwest side, which can be easily perceived from the far side and function as an anchor tenant. Other stores are planned low-rise with low density, by fully facing the walkways to increase sale price of individual stores. This building was designed to become a local landmark with three plazas connected to the wide comfortable street.
